A small crew that answers the phone.

Who we are

Maria Lopez, and the people who show up.

RAM is family owned and run out of Anderson Mill in northwest Austin — not a franchise, not a call centre, not a storm-chasing outfit that appears after a hail event and is gone by summer. When you call (512) 595-2272, you are calling the company that will be doing the work.

We started in roofing and grew outward into siding, gutters, trim, masonry and full interior remodels, because homeowners kept asking and because the water problems people call a roofer about are so often not the roof.

What we are working on

We will be straight with you: like most small contractors, our weak spot has historically been communication, not craftsmanship. A job runs long, the crew is on another site, and the customer is left guessing.

That is exactly why we built the customer portal and why we put every scope change in writing before it happens. It is not a marketing feature. It is the thing we most needed to fix, and we would rather tell you about it than let you find out.
