A long random link that only you have. It shows one job, it cannot be edited, and it can be switched off at any time.

What it does not show
Your portal is yours.
Being straight about the boundaries, because a portal is only worth having if you trust it.
- It shows one job — yours. The link cannot reach anybody else's project.
- It is read-only, apart from approving or declining a change order.
- It never shows our internal costs or margins. You see your prices, not our books.
- It is not indexed by Google and the link is long and random.
- Approving a change order in the portal is a record of your approval, not a legal e-signature. Anything that needs a real signature, we will put in front of you properly.
- We can revoke the link the moment you want it gone.

Where does my link come from?
When your estimate is ready, we email you a link. That is it — no account, no password, no app. Save it to your home screen and it behaves like an app anyway.

If somebody contacts you claiming to be RAM and asks for a payment through a link, call us on (512) 595-2272 before you do anything. We will never ask for card details through the portal — it does not take payments at all.
