Run like our roofing jobs

The failure mode of a remodel is a scope that quietly grows and a schedule that quietly slips. So a RAM remodel is run on the same rails as our roofing work: a line-item estimate up front, a written change order for anything added, and daily photos in your portal so you can see progress without driving over.

Bathrooms

Tile, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures and the water damage you find once the old tile comes out. Bathrooms are small, complicated and full of surprises — which is exactly why the change-order discipline matters here more than anywhere.

Kitchens and living spaces

Cabinetry, counters, flooring, finish carpentry and paint. If a wall is coming out, that is a conversation about structure before it is a conversation about aesthetics.

Before: A dated 1990s bathroom with cultured marble and an oak vanity
After: The same bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and floating oak vanity

Hall bathroom

Cedar Park

Cultured marble, oak cabinets and a fibreglass tub surround. Took it back to studs and rebuilt with a tiled walk-in shower and a floating vanity.

Before: A dated 1990s kitchen with honey oak cabinets and laminate counters
After: The same kitchen with shaker cabinets, quartz counters and a green island

Kitchen refresh

Round Rock

Honey oak cabinets, laminate counters and a soffit hiding the ceiling height. New shaker cabinets, quartz, and the soffit gone so we could put lighting in.

Before: Badly worn beige carpet with crushed traffic paths and staining
After: New warm oak luxury vinyl plank flooring with fresh white baseboards

Flooring replacement

Georgetown

Worn carpet with traffic paths and a stain by the door. Pulled it, levelled the slab, and laid luxury vinyl plank with new baseboards.

Before: A cramped 1980s guest bathroom with dark green tile
After: The same guest bath with hexagon floor tile and a glass walk-in shower

Guest bath

Anderson Mill, Austin

A small, dark eighties guest bath with green tile and a plastic shower surround. Same footprint, completely different room.

Before: A weathered timber deck with split boards and a loose handrail
After: A rebuilt composite deck with hidden fasteners and a cable handrail

Deck rebuild

Leander

The old timber deck had split boards, raised nails and a handrail you would not want to lean on. Rebuilt in composite with a cable rail.
