Repair or replace?
Plenty of leaks are a flashing detail, a cracked pipe boot or one bad valley, and the honest answer is a repair. We will show you photographs of what we found and what we think it needs. If your roof has years left in it, that is what we will tell you.
What happens when we find bad decking
Once the old roof comes off we can finally see the deck, and sometimes there is rot underneath. We stop, photograph it, and send you a change order with the price before we replace a single sheet. You approve it before we carry on. No surprise line items at the end of the job.

Valley leak repair
Cedar Park
Water was coming in above a bedroom ceiling. The valley flashing had rusted through and the shingles either side had lifted. A repair, not a replacement — the rest of the roof had years left.
Storm response
North Austin
Called out the night a storm tore a section open. Tarped it that evening to stop the damage spreading, then replaced the roof properly the following week.
Three-tab to architectural
Georgetown
The original 1980s three-tab shingles had gone brittle and faded unevenly. Replaced with dimensional architectural shingles, new drip edge and gutters.
Rotten decking found at tear-off
Pflugerville
The estimate assumed sound decking. It was not — a section near a pipe penetration had been wet for years. Photographed it, sent a change order, replaced it once approved.
