Shingle to standing seam
Anderson Mill, Austin
The shingles had started curling and shedding granules, and the north valley was holding moss. We stripped it back and put a concealed-fastener standing-seam roof on instead.

The most useful thing a contractor can show you is what a job looked like before they touched it. Drag the handle across any photo.
Metal roofing
Standing-seam and metal panel roofs built for Texas heat, hail and hundred-degree summers — the work RAM is known for.

The shingles had started curling and shedding granules, and the north valley was holding moss. We stripped it back and put a concealed-fastener standing-seam roof on instead.
Cedar Park
A faded brown shingle roof on a limestone ranch, with rust showing through the valley metal. Replaced with dark bronze standing seam and a new gutter line to match.
Round Rock
The corrugated porch roof was rust-streaked and sagging, and it had started staining the ceiling boards underneath. New matte standing-seam panels, posts repainted, ceiling replaced.
Georgetown
Weathered galvanised panels with surface rust and screws backing out of their washers. Exposed-fastener R-panel was the right call here — it is a shop, not a house.
Hill Country, west Austin
A dark shingle roof soaking up west Texas sun and sagging between the rafters. Light silver standing seam reflects most of it back and dropped the attic temperature noticeably.
Roofing
Shingle and metal roof work from a single missing shingle to a full tear-off and replace.

Round Rock
Spring hail bruised the shingles across the whole south slope. We documented every hit for the adjuster and replaced the roof once the claim settled.
Cedar Park
Water was coming in above a bedroom ceiling. The valley flashing had rusted through and the shingles either side had lifted. A repair, not a replacement — the rest of the roof had years left.
North Austin
Called out the night a storm tore a section open. Tarped it that evening to stop the damage spreading, then replaced the roof properly the following week.
Georgetown
The original 1980s three-tab shingles had gone brittle and faded unevenly. Replaced with dimensional architectural shingles, new drip edge and gutters.
Pflugerville
The estimate assumed sound decking. It was not — a section near a pipe penetration had been wet for years. Photographed it, sent a change order, replaced it once approved.
Exteriors
The rest of the building envelope — the parts that decide whether the roof actually stays dry.

Anderson Mill, Austin
The original wood lap siding was peeling and several boards near grade had rotted through. Replaced with fiber cement, new trim and a full repaint.
Leander
A section had pulled away from the fascia and the seams were leaking rust down the wall. New seamless run, new hangers, and the fascia repaired behind it.
Cedar Park
The trim around the front door had gone soft at the bottom and the caulk had failed everywhere. Replaced the casing, re-flashed, and repainted.
Georgetown
Crumbling mortar, a spalled crown and step flashing pulling away from the brick — three separate ways for water to get in. Rebuilt the top and re-flashed it properly.
North Austin
Chalky, sun-faded walls with mildew under the eaves. Prep is most of this job: wash, scrape, prime the bare spots, then two finish coats.
Kitchen & bath
Room-level work — the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors. One room at a time, in and out.

Cedar Park
Cultured marble, oak cabinets and a fibreglass tub surround. Took it back to studs and rebuilt with a tiled walk-in shower and a floating vanity.
Round Rock
Honey oak cabinets, laminate counters and a soffit hiding the ceiling height. New shaker cabinets, quartz, and the soffit gone so we could put lighting in.
Georgetown
Worn carpet with traffic paths and a stain by the door. Pulled it, levelled the slab, and laid luxury vinyl plank with new baseboards.
Anderson Mill, Austin
A small, dark eighties guest bath with green tile and a plastic shower surround. Same footprint, completely different room.
Leander
The old timber deck had split boards, raised nails and a handrail you would not want to lean on. Rebuilt in composite with a cable rail.
Renovations & additions
When you are moving walls, adding square footage or taking a whole house back to studs — the bigger, longer jobs that need engineering and inspections.

Cedar Park
Around 380 square feet added off the back. Slab poured and cured, framed and tied into the existing roofline so it does not read as an add-on.
North Austin
A load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room. Engineer drew the beam, the city inspected it, and the ceiling came out flush.
Georgetown
A mid-eighties house that had never been touched. Floors, trim, doors, lighting and paint throughout, done in phases so the family could stay in it.
Round Rock
Two-car garage turned into a living space. Insulated, drywalled, a proper window where the roll-up door was, and its own mini-split so it is comfortable year round.
Hill Country, west Austin
Bedroom and ensuite added on. Framed with a vaulted ceiling and big windows facing the trees, which is most of why they wanted it.
